6:00- 6:30 Guided warm up -African Dance by Starr
6:30 - 6:35 Opening circle
6:40 - 8:00 DJ SET by Dakini Drifts
8:00 - 8:15 Sounding & closing circle

The musical journey will be crafted in a wave, bringing moments of stillness and moments of chaos. This will be Nelle's musical debut for RMR!

*we keep the dance floor silent to focus on presence, but we welcome you to share your experience in the closing circle. *
**The warmup is guided to help center your mind and body into the present moment while exploring playful movements. Feel free to use this as your time, all guidance is a suggestion you are welcome to come in and settle into the space however serves you best.**
