To claim our Colorado heritage, we are going to give away 15 Heritage Apples Trees, but they are not free in a monetary sense…To ‘win’ an apple tree you will need to persuade the judges why you’d be best suited to nurture one at your home or business. 

In 200 words or less try to convince us by writing an essay, poem, song, or rhyme. OR share a recipe that you prepare at home and bring the recipe for our judges to taste.

Join us on May 6th at the Salida Distillery for the announcement of winners. Food submissions must arrive by 5:30pm for the judges' tasting. Poets, essayists and musicians, arrive at 6:00pm and the top 5 will be asked to read/play their submissions aloud.
