Contact improvisation warm up hosted by Nelle, We'll explore the concept of the "skinosphere" as a way to begin a relational dance and research how bodies move in response to gravity. 


*we keep the dance floor silent to focus on presence, but we welcome you to share your experience in the closing circle. *

**The warmup is guided to help center your mind and body into the present moment while exploring playful movements. Feel free to use this as your time, all guidance is a suggestion you are welcome to come in and settle into the space however serves you best.**
