The Arkansas River Valley LGBTQ+ Fund is committed to expanding equity and a sense of belonging for the LGBTQ+ community in Chaffee County by providing financial resources to support individual emergent needs, technical assistance, and program services that support affirming spaces for LGBTQ+ residents and visitors.The fund has launched two grants processes (2024 and 2025), investing $37,000 into local initiatives to build supportive spaces, inclusive services and other locally driven initiatives. Grantees have received a combination of funding and coaching to have the most impact possible.
