Recreate-U's Meetup Tuesday at the RHS

Join us for fortnightly themed sessions designed to bring Salford residents together in a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible environment. These meetups combine gentle movement with creative, nature-based activities, encouraging social connection in a relaxed and supportive space.

What to Expect:
- Explore the gardens through photography, herbal tea-making, bird watching, and plant spotting
- Take part in seasonal RHS events such as Glow and Easter trails
- Enjoy participant-led activities, shaped by your own ideas and interests
- Walk or wheel around the gardens while engaging in creative taster sessions
- “Adopt” a favourite spot — a tree, bench, or corner of the garden and document its changes over time, reflecting on how it makes you feel

Please remember to dress suitably for the weather, so you can stay comfortable throughout the event.
