We know joining a new fitness class on your own can be pretty daunting. So we’re running women-only classes this autumn/winter that are a beginner-friendly, judgement-free zone - perfect for giving some new ways of moving a go.
Personal trainer & coach Adele Meade believes our bodies are our superpower! This challenging yet inclusive HIIT (high-intensity interval training) class is designed by women, for women, hosted at Rush242 Fitness.
The bootcamp-style class promises a full-body workout that combines weightlifting, bodyweight movements and cardio intervals. Loud music, good vibes & high energy!
Adele’s beginner-friendly class will help you build confidence, fitness & leave you feeling empowered by what your body is capable of - as well as making new friends along the way.
Adaptable for all fitness levels, Adele will be on hand throughout with help and guidance - no silly questions.
Tickets include private HIIT class.
Making friends made easy
Third Place is all about making friends, so coming on your own is totally normal.
You'll be added to a WhatsApp chat with all the guests to break the ice ahead of the event.
A Third Place team member will greet you on arrival.
