- **Event Description**: Our Couch To 5K graduation for our January C25K groups will be split between Peel and Stretford parkruns so that all of our runners have a nearby event to get to. We would love for as many as possible of you to come down and support our newest MileShyers!

The run starts at 9am and we'll start congregating by the start area around 8.30am - as always there'll be a short warm up session before the run. Look out for the bee tees!

As always we're looking for volunteers to support on the big day - if you'd like to be one of our MileShy hi-viz heroes at either parkrun please get signed up at www.mileshyclub.com/parkrun
