We will also be hosting an interactive session on OSH conversations alongside Ripple&Co. Compliance sets the floor - but conversations determine what actually happens at the point of work. This immersive Talkworks session explores the “conversation gap” that can allow risks, near misses and unsafe behaviours to stay hidden. Using actor-led scenarios drawn from safety-critical environments, H&S professionals will experience how supervisors and leaders can respond when conversations are difficult, pressured or at risk of going wrong.Expect a powerful, practical session that brings human factors to life and shows how better conversations can help keep people safe.This is an in‑person event.
