Join us for a calming, candlelit restorative yoga workshop designed to support your nervous system and help you enter the new year with ease. This session includes restorative postures, Reiki, tuning forks, essential oils, and heated eye masks to encourage deep physical and mental release.


We will close with an extended savasana and a chakra-focused yoga nidra, a guided meditation technique that promotes deep relaxation by gradually bringing awareness through the subtle energy centers of the body. Yoga nidra is known to improve sleep, reduce stress, and create a profound sense of internal balance.
