This is a 1 day intensive interactive childbirth class focusing on out of hospital birth. 

Students will watch normal birth videos, practice birth scenarios, utilize activities that reinforce the information they have learned, and take part in open discussion. This class combines various techniques that the Bradley, Lamaze, Active Birth, Birthing from Within, and Hypnobirthing Methods utilize in their courses. This class is free and open to the community, but does focus on planning an out of hospital birth experience. RSVP and registration required. 

Potluck style! Please bring food to share, camping chairs/birth balls for seating, and dress comfortably for birth roleplay.
