Thinking of adding more plant based options to your menu but not sure how to make it interesting for yourself and others? What do we cook? Can I really bake without eggs? Will my family eat it? Pleasing the other members of the family is one of the biggest challenges. In this class we’ll cook some basic, simple meals the whole family will enjoy that don’t take all day to prepare.
Come learn how fun and easy it is to turn fresh local produce into a full meal from appetizer to dessert. All the recipes are vegan, cholesterol free, easy, and very versatile. Most recipes are gluten free. This class is open to all levels of cooking experience.
This is a small 'hands on' class using fresh local produce to create a wonderful plant base d meal from appetizer to dessert. We'll make a combination of fresh tasty dishes such as: Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms, Raw Pasta Puttanesca, Coconut Curry Tempeh, Quinoa Pilaf, and a Chocolate Layer Cake. You'll come away with some great tips to create amazing meals using no animal products. Come find out "What's for Dinner". Included in the class are: information handouts, recipes, and a gourmet vegan meal.

Deb is a certified Vegan Fusion instructor having over thirty years cooking experience, the last twelve years concentrating on plant based cuisine. Trained with award winning vegan chefs: Mark Reinfeld, owner of Vegan Fusion and author of four cookbooks including the 30-Minute Vegan Series, and Chef Al Chase, Executive chef and owner of the Institute of Culinary Awakening.
