Intro to cow work

SAVE THE DATE! April 25th. Intro. to cow work.
Are you interested in trying out ranch sorting, but would like to learn more about it before competing? Do you have a horse you’d like to expose to cattle, or a horse you’d like to gain confidence around cattle? This is the perfect opportunity to learn more about ranch sorting in a relaxed and fun environment. Learn the basic rules of ranch sorting, let your horse move around within a small herd of cattle, and practice cutting cows out of the herd one at a time.

Porter Family Farm will provide:
10 head of cattle with number bands
2 clinicians
3 hours of instruction time (12 rider limit per clinic)
