✨ Fun Fact: Oregon School for the Deaf’s first location, known as Island House, opened on November 17, 1870 at Belmont and Broadway Streets with just seven students. In those early years, OIDD students often shopped at Boon’s General Store — the very building that is now McMenamins Boon’s Treasury. From a local store to a community gathering place, this historic spot has long been connected to OSD students’ lives. Amazing, huh!?
Come enjoy a night out with friends and family while supporting the amazing students at Oregon School for the Deaf!
