My interpretation of the Self-Fed Farm by Eliot Coleman

Please join me in the Courthouse Community Growing Garden as I apply these principles of organic growing on a garden scale. Eliot Coleman has been my mentor for  nearly 2 decades on a journey to grow food for myself and others to maintain health. His latest book, The “Self-Fed Farm and Garden” has inspired me to further enhance soil fertility without the use of inputs and rely on cover crops and natural
processes to do the work. 

Let’s have a discussion and I will share how this works and why I am so excited to put this into practice this season. Let’s feed the soil together!
