To see all of her work, please visit www.ebgoodale.com Gallows Hill Artists, Salem’s collective artist space, is housed in a historic former tannery building in Salem’s Gallows Hill neighborhood, where original post and beam interiors evoke the spirit of its factory roots. Just steps from Proctor’s Ledge—the infamous site of the 1692 hangings—the building was constructed around 1900 as The Arthur J Mulholland Company, one of Salem’s great tanneries and a rare survivor of the Great Salem Fire of 1914. Information for Visitors: Gallows Hill Artists is located on the third and fourth floors at 16 Proctor Street in Salem MA. This event will take place on the third floor only. Please note that we do not have a passenger elevator; access to our studios requires climbing stairs.
