Angelic Witchcraft

Many Witches feel the path of the Witch and the Path of the Angels are incompatible, yet many witchcraft teachers and traditions have angelic lore at the heart of their mysteries. Through this workshop we shall look at the history of angels and their relationship to ancient paganism, as well as the traditions of the fallen angels, the Watchers or Grigori, and the link between angels and the faery faith in British folklore. We'll follow the influence of angels in the modern teachings of Wicca and Witchcraft, including the Golden Dawn, Alexandrian Wicca, Sybil Leek, Madeline Montalban and Michael Howard. Review the most popular of the Archangels and Watchers and experience an angelic ritual.
