We provide twice-monthly sessions for parents (to babies and young children) or those expecting. If you are keen to gain social support and comfort from others who are facing difficulty within pregnancy, the post natal period and beyond come and join us.We are a group run by mothers who ourselves struggled in various ways after having our children. We are all passionate about perimental health and our support group exists to support those in the community who needs it (you dont need to live in Trafford!! we are open to all)PANDAS Trafford is an affiliate of The PANDAS Foundation UK. For more information visit https://pandasfoundation.org.ukWe welcome babies at our sessions, we run 2 sessions per month: the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month. One session per month focuses on a topic for 'Open chat' other session we aim to do something creative, mindful and fun! As we are here to support you through you perimental health journey the activities we provide are free.
