�Contraindications:
Sound baths are usually favorable for most people but there may be some exceptions such as the following: -
�It is okay for adults and young people, but not for small children.
�If you don't like high-pitched sounds
� If you're not sure if this is right for you
�If you have a high degree of tinnitus or sensitivity to loud sounds
� If you have any medical devices that can be disruptive to these sounds
� If you have sound-sensitive epilepsy
� If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy
�If you are pregnant and your doctor has advised against it.
