Guided by James, this 90-minute session will feature an immersive soundscape using crystal bowls, handpans, drums, and chimes. This unique location has been carefully chosen for its remarkable acoustics, allowing the sound to resonate deeply and enhance relaxation. Whether you're new to sound baths or have attended before, this session will help you release stress, rejuvenate your body, and find a deep sense of inner calm.
