Start the new year on a journey of health and inner well being. Discover how to access energetic resources that lay hidden within.

Using the ancient 'Daoist art of change,' these methods progressively enable the practitioner to unlock the 'Internal Alchemy' of balancing mind, body and spirit through specific principles and ways of practice.

Marc has over 40 years of experience of Qi Gong which he now shares with others in these sessions.

He welcomes you to join him.

Cost: £10 per session if committing to the full 4 session module = £40 paid at the start of each month.
