Plant a tree and leave a legacy! Join us in celebrating Arbor Day on Saturday, April 26, from 1 pm to 3 pm.
This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy time outdoors while making a lasting impact on the environment for generations to come. Plus, you can visit your tree year after year and watch it grow!
We will be meeting at Anderson Cabin Trail (42°05'37.4"N 78°45'04.5"W), where volunteers will work alongside park staff to plant a variety of native species. In addition to planting, volunteers will leave having a better understanding of tree species and why we are planting them in the park.
Please wear sturdy shoes, bring gloves if you have them and wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty!
