11 am to noon – visit the Val-David market with all sorts of goodies
12 – picnic, light whole food plant-based lunch will be provided
12 to 2 pm – meditation walk at the Mount Condor route in the Val-David park
3 pm – 4 pm energy healing practices, 5 elements, mantras 5 Buddha families wisdom mandala
4 pm to 5 pm – delicious, whole-food plant-based dinner
5 pm to 7 pm – fire ceremony with cacao, ancestral energy clearing and manifestation in the Medicine Wheel

Author and Shamanka teachings founder Ilka Marcenay- Bearfoot will open and host the fire ceremony and Medicine Wheel. She was adopted and initiated into an indigenous Mi’kmaq family in New Brunswick. She shares the Medicine Wheel teachings and sacred chants of the Red Path. Numerous shamans and healers she has met during her travels in Europe, Mongolia, and Nepal have enhanced the energy she imparts during the ceremonies.

Included: teachings, 2 meals, entry in the park, cacao ceremony, access to the 5 Buddha family mandala energy portal and the Medicine Wheel and fire ceremony by the Shamanka.
