Cette rencontre t’invite à terminer l’année dans un espace où tu peux te déposer, respirer, ressentir, et laisser quelque chose en toi bouger avec douceur et sécurité.

C’est un moment pour réfléchir, laisser partir ce qui est prêt à s’en aller, honorer ce qui est là, et explorer ce qui pourrait émerger dans l’année à venir.

Ensemble, nous tisserons des mouvements doux, une écoute profonde, une expression créative, et une présence bienveillante.

Je porte ce travail tout près de mon cœur parce que je sais à quel point c’est transformateur d’être vraiment vu·e quand quelque chose en nous s’assouplit et s’ouvre. Je continue de créer ces espaces parce que, chaque fois qu’on se rassemble, quelque chose de beau et puissant se produit – pour nous tou·te·s.

Je guide des pratiques incarnées et relationnelles qui aident les gens à se reconnecter à leur sagesse intérieure et à découvrir de nouvelles façons d’être. À travers Flowland, Authentic Montréal et Authentic Relating Go (www.ar-go.live), j’ai accompagné un grand nombre de personnes à approfondir leur conscience de soi, à renforcer leurs relations et à avancer dans la vie avec plus d’alignement.

Je conçois également des cérémonies et des rituels qui aident les gens à traverser des seuils de vie significatifs avec grâce, profondeur et soutien communautaire. Que ce soit dans des cercles continus ou des cérémonies sur mesure, je crée des espaces sacrés, courageux et informés par les approches trauma-sensibles, où les personnes peuvent s’adoucir, être vues et se transformer en douceur—ensemble.

Dear community,

This gathering is an invitation to end the year in a place where you can land, breathe, feel, and let something inside you shift gently and safely.

It’s a moment to reflect and release what’s ready to go, honour what’s here, and explore what might be possible in the year ahead.

Together, we’ll weave slow movement, deep listening, creative expression, and compassionate witnessing.

Here’s what I wish to offer you:

🌟 A soft landing into your body and into our shared space.
🌟 Space to notice whatever is alive in you in the moment – anything asking for attention.
🌟 An invitation for intuitive movement that lets that energy move and reshape itself.
🌟 Loving allies for each other, helping one person at a time step from “where I am” into “who I’m wanting to become” – with play, care, and full permission to feel everything.
🌟 A closing circle to share, integrate, and celebrate the shifts we feel.

I hold this work close to my heart because I know how life-changing it can be to be truly seen while something inside softens and opens. I want to share these spaces because every time we gather, something powerful happens – for all of us.

I guide embodied and relational practices that help people reconnect with their inner wisdom and discover new ways of being. Through Flowland, Authentic Montréal, and Authentic Relating Go (www.ar-go.live), I have supported countless people in deepening self-awareness, strengthening relationships, and moving through life with more alignment.

I also design and facilitate ceremonies and rituals that help people cross meaningful life thresholds with grace, depth, and community support. I create sacred, brave, trauma-informed spaces where people can soften, be witnessed, and gently transform—together.
