A RESIDENTIAL RETREAT FOR 13 - 16 YEAR OLDS AND THEIR ADULTS
Are you a parent or guardian of a teen who feels disconnected, misunderstood, angry, or shut down?
Does your teen carry the weight of anxiety, flatness, school stress, suicidality or struggle to feel like they belong?
Do conversations often turn tense, go silent, or leave you both feeling more distant?
This weekend is a deep dive into understanding and reconnecting - with ourselves and with each other. It's a rigorous yet gentle experience, infused with evidence-based approaches and grounded in real-life tools. Whether you and your child/children engage actively or observe quietly, your presence is welcome.
Intrigued?
You'll need to act fast as REGISTRATION CLOSES ON September 15th ... or as soon as all spots are taken.
