A sound bath focussed on your intentions.About this EventThe sound event takes place in our Exeter Sound Studio - a peaceful space designed to help you settle, relax and let go of the day.The sound frequencies we create with the handmade Wind Gong, Quartz Crystal Bowls and Himalayan Singing Bowls produce Theta and Delta brainwave states associated with dreaming, imagination, creativity and deep relaxation.As you pleasantly drift into your imagination, you can experience positive wellbeing and intuitive insights.This Full Moon Sound Event is specifically for grounding, finding your centre and receiving higher wisdom.Please note - this session is seated.  It may be possible to lie down if only one or two people book the session but if you want to guarantee being able to lie down, please feel free to book a bespoke session. “Rupert and Nicola are such a lovely, welcoming and talented couple. The sound they generate from the various sound bowls is amazing. The deep bass tone from the gong is extraordinary: Deep and powerful. There is something very special about sound. The vibration, when it resonates with you can transport you, or give you glimpses of, another dimension. It's deeply healing. You have to experience it to understand how beneficial it can be.”
