Adrian has been involved with ecotherapy since 2007 and has a Certificate in Ecotherapy from the Tariki Trust.Adrian delivered a Keynote presentation on ‘Mindfulness in nature’ at Psychotherapy & the natural world in 2016.He completed his training as a Focusing Oriented Therapist in 2015. He developed key aspects of his doctoral research in his paper ‘Gendlin and ecopsychology: focusing on nature’, which was published in Person-Centred & Experiential Psychotherapies in 2013.
