Tickets are available for makers in St. Thomas only until this point.Anyone outside St. Thomas is able to book a FREE Waiting List Ticket and then, from 1st July, tickets will go on sale for anyone to book a table to sell.There are two ticket prices:12 tickets where we provide a table (180 x 60cm) £1410 tickets if you can bring your own table (no longer than 200cm long) £10Permitted ItemsCrafts made by you, art made by you and produce made by you. If you are selling food you need to be food hygiene trained and ingredients need to be available on the day and relevent allergy information must be in place. Not permitted: Anything offensive (as deemed by the organiser), no weapons or replicas, nothing illegal. Nothing bought to sell on (unless agreed by the Organiser in writing). Electrical items and children's toys must have the CE / UKCA Mark. The organiser will monitor items for sale on the day and reserves the right to ask for something to be taken off display / off sale. Public Liability InsuranceAll sellers need to have their own Public Liability Insurance. If you have your own, when you purchase your ticket, please email your certificate to capstthomasexeter@gmail.comIf you don't have any insurance, you need to purchase an Insurance Add-On (At the same time you book your Ticket) which is £8. This will add you onto our event insurance for one Fair - details will be required which we pass on to our insurers.Cancellation and RefundsIf you wish to cancel your ticket, please email us. If we are full and we can resell your ticket then we will refund the cost of your ticket but not the Eventbrite fee. If we cannot resell your ticket then, unfortunately, we won't be able to refund your ticket.Timings and ParkingThis year we have slightly extended the Fairs. Each Fair is open to the public from 1400-1630. Sellers can start setting up at 1315 (Not before please as we'll be setting up). We have to be out of the hall no later than 1700.
