General public is welcome. This will be a wine tasting class followed by a general tasting session (albeit smaller than our usual lineup). The ‘test’ tasting will be done "double-blind" – meaning the bottles are bagged so you can’t see what you are drinking and there is no list of wines in advance. This wine group believes in educating your palate through direct experience. Wine experts are on-hand for general information, opinions, and loose instructions.
