✨ From 6:00 to 6:30 PM, grab some handcrafted kombucha from Beech and enjoy sweet treats provided by Nothing Bundt Cakes while you mix, mingle, and settle in.

At 6:30 PM, we’ll gather for a powerful workshop led by Amanda Kohl, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, titled “It’s Not in Your Head: Finding Safety After Survival Mode.” Amanda will guide us through grounding techniques that support emotional regulation and nervous system healing—vital tools for anyone on a trauma recovery journey. ? From 7:30 to 8:00 PM, we’ll ease out of the workshop with more time to connect, reflect, and close out tabs.
