Saturday, November 29th 10am - 2pm at the Body High, St Pete

Our journey begins with Shake Rising, a transformational movement practice combining fitness, dance and energy work. Alexandra creates a unique practice guided by 7 energetic centers aiming to activate life force energy through our focused attention, repattern the subconscious mind through repetative affirmations, and regulate the nervous system through shaking the whole body. Shake Rising invites us to liberate ourselves from systems and mindsets of oppression. Whether you are desiring to go deep into your somatic experience and uncover unconscious patterns, or you’re looking for a fun and freeing workout, Shake Rising provides the atmosphere for each of us to own our own needs and desires within community.

This practice will be concluded with a gong sound healing session by Steven, leading us into a thirty minute break. Snacks will be provided.

After the break, we will join in circle for a meditative tea ceremony, where we will enjoy tea sourced from either China or Taiwan. This bowl tea ceremony beckons us to take time to pause, reflect in a natural pace, in silent reverance and rhythmic rounds of sipping tea.

Steven and Alexandra will open the space after tea ceremony concludes, there will be time for sharing and integration.
