Together, we’ll move through:
✨ A guided meditation to drop deeper into love ✨ Gentle Qi-Gong to align your energy
✨ An elevated sharing circle to witness and be witnessed
✨ Dances of Universal Peace (sacred movement from global traditions)
These dances are simple, powerful, and heart-opening. I’ve had the honor of receiving them in 6 different countries, and I promise you, something magical happens when we move and sing as one.🥹🙏🏼
Whether you’re new or deeply seasoned on your path, this is a space to return home to yourself… in the presence of others doing the same.
