Sound Baths are very profound and have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. The Crystal bowls create a range of sounds and frequencies that are harmonious to our nervous system and help to restore out-of-balance parts of the body and mind, realigning them to bring peace and ease. It is deep Soul
Work without having to do anything but lay still and receive.

The healing processes are initiated by entraining our brainwaves to synchronize with the perfect resonance of the bowls. The unique range of tones that emit from the bowls create the perfect state for deep meditation, intuitive messages and powerful healing through regulation of our nervous system.

We invite you to come out and experience for yourself the powerful deep states of meditation that even someone new to meditation will be able to experience.

Participants lay on the floor in supported savasana (corpse pose) and allow the waves of sound to wash over them. Sound baths are a great compliment for those new to meditation, struggling with meditation and regular meditation practitioners.

About Healing energy and Reiki

Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique that means "universal life force energy,". This hands-on or off healing healing modality helps balance the mind, body, and spirit using a series of hand placements. Practitioners of Reiki do not manipulate the body or energy. Instead, they act as an empty vessel directing life force energy to flow through the recipient effectively reducing stress and allowing the body to heal.

Reiki treatments are relaxing, gentle, non-invasive, and complementary to all other treatments. By inducing relaxation, the recipient's nervous system calms and immune system is activated, lowering blood pressure, relieving tension, releasing endorphins, and clearing energy blocks which helps to relieve pain and defend against disease.
Reiki can help If you are feeling imbalanced, stagnant, frustrated, stressed, or
depressed. Reiki is not a substitute for medical help.

Vandana Dillon E-RYT200, Reiki Master, Sound Healer, Meditation Teacher

A Spiritual Leader in the Tampa Bay Yoga Community, Vandana has led students of all walks of life on the path of yoga and service. She is the Founder/CEO of The St. Pete Yoga Fest.
