Join us Wednesday, October 7 at 7:00pm for our free monthly class at St. Pete Pier. Abby Goodwin will lead a class that is grounding and fun, with lots of modifications offered to accommodate everybody. We'll practice as the sun sets over downtown St. Pete. Bring your mat and dress for comfort. Registration is appreciated but not required.

Donations collected this month will benefit Heels to Heal. Heels to Heal is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence receive access to necessary resources and programs.

Donations are appreciated but not required! You can contribute when you book the class, or via The BE's Venmo at @TheBodyElectricYoga, or on site with cash.
