All of our Crossfit & 9fit classes are open to all!About this EventEvery 2nd Saturday we open our doors to the public and invite you to join us for any of our crossfit or 9fit classes. Regardless of experience or age we have a variation of workout that will suite you. You just need you, a waterbottle, active wear, and a towel (it is florida after all). Crossfit is a constantly varied functional movements at high intensity and these workouts are designed to be safe for all experience levels. Classes are 7:30, 8:30, & 9:30am9fit is our high intensity metabolic conditioning focused workouts. Classes are 8,9,10amCome sweat, socialize, and strengthen yourself!Open to all 12years and older, who are able to move their bodies for up to an hour. We are happy to adapt for all adaptive athletes, and have a scale for all levels!
