All About That Core

Have you ever wondered what a yoga teacher meant when they told you to "engage your core?" How do you do it? What muscles are involved? Why would you want to engage your core?

Join Abby Goodwin for two hours of core talk. You'll learn more about your inner unit, how to engage it, why to engage it, and when to engage it. The workshop will be a mix of lecture and movement practice.
