And you are not alone.

Quiet Table Listens was created for people living with anxiety or depression who feel unheard, misunderstood, or unsupported — by family, friends, or even the systems meant to help.

This group is for:
	•	People who can’t find the right help
	•	People whose families don’t understand
	•	People whose friends don’t understand
	•	People who are tired of being told to “just get over it”

What This Group Is
	•	A safe space to talk openly about your feelings and what’s happening in your life
	•	A place where judgment is not allowed
	•	A group built on listening, empathy, and respect

What’s shared here, stays here.

How It Works
	•	Group meetings where you can talk, listen, or simply sit quietly
	•	A buddy system — you’ll be paired with someone in the group
	•	If you’re having a really hard day and the next meeting is weeks away, you won’t be alone
	•	You’ll have someone you can reach out to who understands
	•	We will do our best to invite licensed therapists or mental health professionals to join us when possible and offer guidance

Our Goal

We may not be able to “fix” anxiety or depression — but we can:
	•	Create connection
	•	Reduce isolation
	•	Offer support without judgment
	•	Remind each other that we matter

Looking Ahead

Our group begins on Feb  22 ,2025 and end for the season in September.
