I’m so honoured to invite you to our next Ancient Sound Healing on Friday 27th March, 7:00–8:30pm a 90 minute immersion into deep rest, resonance and nervous system reset.
 

This is an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and be gently guided into a state of calm, clarity and inner stillness.

Sound healing is not like traditional meditation.

 

There is nothing you need to control, focus on or “get right.” 

You simply lie back and receive.

 

Through rhythm, vibration and layered tones, your brainwaves are naturally encouraged to shift from busy thinking states into slower, restorative states associated with deep relaxation and healing. Research shows that therapeutic sound can help regulate the nervous system, lower stress hormones, reduce heart rate and support emotional balance, all without effort.
 

This makes it especially powerful for anyone with ADHD/ADD, an overactive mind, or for those who find silent meditation challenging.

During our time together, I’ll be working with a combination of ancient and intuitive sound tools; drum, crystal bowls, rain sticks, shanti chimes and other familiar instruments whose tones seem to speak directly to the body. The vibrations are felt just as much as heard, guiding you into a deeply relaxing state of awareness where your system can recalibrate and restore.
 

This 90 minute session does not include cacao or any plant medicines. It’s a beautiful and accessible way to experience these ancient sounds without the intensity of my ceremonial gatherings. However, if you already know that cacao supports your journey, you are very welcome to enjoy some before arriving.

 

This offering is open to all sexes and suitable for ages 10+.

 

It is not recommended for those in the first trimester of pregnancy.

 

Spaces are limited to keep the space intimate and held.
