Tour de Rec: Balloon Fun

Join us for a traveling program that brings recreation to local neighborhood parks and facilities. Staff will set up equipment for youth to enjoy. Supervision is only provided for the hour-long program.

FREE | Drop-In | No Registration Required | Ages 6-12
In partnership with West St. Paul Parks and Rec and Tri-District Community Education.
