- **Event Description**: Let's Celebrate the 140th Saint Paul Winter Carnival! Join us at Rice Park and help celebrate “The Coolest Celebration on Earth”. Gather your family and friends at Rice Park starting at 5:30 p.m. and there will be an AWESOME Laser Light Show. Then we will “Light The Park” with help from Legend Characters and the community members that gather in the park. The first 200 people to arrive at the park will receive glow wands to light up at 5:45 p.m. that night. Have your own favorite glow stick or light-up item? Bring it with and help us Light The Park! You can see the beautiful ice sculptures, enjoy beverages at the ice bar, view the beautiful lights of Rice Park and the City of Saint Paul.
