Join Josh Bau in our East 7th kitchen to make a simple and nourishing pub curry. This recipe is a quick one for weeknights and easily adjustable to many types of eating styles.
Participants will enjoy a bowl full of curry while they learn kitchen tips for seasoning home curries well and saving money.
This class will include some demonstrations and some hands-on opportunities.

Josh has lived and worked on the East Side of Saint Paul since he moved back to MN in 2012. Josh has worked in various restaurants and non-profits. He spends his time with his spouse Angela and their 3 cats, Freyja, Grigori and Zorro building Legos and playing games.
Participants will receive a $5 off $25 coupon for their participation in the class.
