- **Event Description**: This NRP class is a full-day in-person class designed for out-of-hospital providers.About this EventPlease note: this class uses the 8th edition textbook and curriculum in the NRP online learning platform. Prior to the class, you will need to read and study from the Textbook of Neonatal Resuscitation, 8th Edition. After finishing the textbook, you must take and pass the NRP online exam before you come to the hands-on portion of the course. Go to the NRP Learning Platform and click "register now" to set up and activate your account. Then log in to purchase the NRP Advanced Provider curriculum for $75 from the NRP catalog. Then you'll need to complete the online learning assessment, advanced exam, and course survey. These activities are considered Part 1 of the NRP course.You must have Part 1 completed and be registered in the NRP Learning Platform for Part 2 of the course -- the March 6th "instructor-led event" -- prior to the start time, in order to be eligible for renewal of NRP. You can do this yourself after purchasing the Advanced Provider curriculum by clicking "register for event." Please make sure you are registered for Part 2 in the online learning platform at least 24 hours in advance, in case you need to contact their customer service for technical difficulties.
