We hear you. And you are not alone.
This 90-minute workshop was created for people who feel nervous to step into yoga for the first time — or who are returning after a long break and worry they’ve “lost it.”
We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and learn the foundational postures in a way that feels supportive, safe, and judgment-free. You’ll learn how to listen to your body, how to make poses work for your shape, and how yoga can help release stress and soften anxiety in real life — not just on the mat.
