A Light In the Darkness

The holiday season, often depicted as a time of joy and togetherness, can be a challenging time for many. While festive gatherings abound, the holidays can exacerbate feelings of loneliness, grief, and anxiety, particularly for those who have experienced the loss of loved ones or are facing personal hardships. The pressure to partake in the cheer and uphold traditions can sometimes feel overwhelming. It's important to acknowledge these feelings and seek support and safe spaces to find comfort during these times.

A Light in the Darkness is an evening of remembrance and hope as we grieve together the losses in our lives. There will be spaces for connection, support, and resources throughout the evening.
