Yoga- March Full Worm Moon

We are back in the studio for Full Moon Yoga with our warm Infra Red Lamps and Warm Lavender Eye Pillows!
We are located on the 3rd floor of ECRE building on the Diamond. Use the door by the coffee shop!

Since we are in the studio, this is an RSVP ONLY class due to space. Pre pay secures your spot. RSVP by commenting in this event page. Cash. Venmo. Zelle.

Bring a mat and blanket - but no worries we also have some if you need!
