This workshop is designed for dancers looking to strengthen their balancing skills while exploring movement inspired by FCBD®Style, tribal fusion, and traditional belly dance flow.

Dancers will work on:
• Sword balancing technique
• Posture and control
• Flow and transitions
• Performance-inspired combinations
• Balance and movement drills
• Confidence-building technique

This is an intermediate-level workshop, though motivated beginners with basic dance experience are welcome.

Students are encouraged to bring their own dance sword if possible. Limited balancing canes will be available for dancers wanting to explore balancing technique without a sword.

If you are interested in attending but do not currently own a sword, recommendations and purchasing links can be provided before class.

Please bring:
• Your sword (if you have one)
• Water
• Comfortable dancewear
• Hip scarf optional
