Les CirclesSongs, cette pratique de chants collectifs improvisés permet de développer musicalité et bien-être dans une ambiance conviviale.
La marche Afghane, une pratique sportive autant que méditative où la synchronisation des pas et de la respiration permet de marcher sans se fatiguer ni s'essouffler, tout en apaisant le mental.
Les CircleSongs et la Marche Afghane se rejoignent avec la Présence au corps, les rythmes, les tempos et la respiration.
Accessible à tout le monde, sportif ou non, chanteur ou non, vous êtes les bienvenus pour explorer le rythme de la Marche allié au tempo du chant improvisé.
12 personnes max et 4 Minimum
