Yatra Yoga with Krishna

This practice combines postures and gentle movement to help expand your horizons, build courage, and reconnect you with your natural energy and aliveness.

The class is inspired by the traditional teachings of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga, supported by uplifting music and a flowing rhythm that encourages joy, relaxation, and inner peace.

Krishna is a certified 500-hour yoga teacher who has studied with experienced yogis around the world.
Among his teachers are Shivabhaktananda, Prem Yogi, and Schuler Grant.
He shares a practice he has personally been devoted to for many years.
