La soirée inclura également des moments d’échanges et de dialogues, pour intégrer les enseignements dans un espace vivant et partagé.

 Workshop Conference — Heart-Brain Coherence & Gratitude

Thursday, May 7 • 6:30 PM — 8:30 PM • $50

We invite you to an evening of deep reconnection with the intelligence of life, guided by Brigitte Marchand.

Through this workshop-conference, you will explore heart-brain coherence — a state of inner harmony that supports emotional balance, mental clarity, and overall well-being. By integrating gratitude as a living practice, Brigitte offers simple and powerful tools to regulate the nervous system and cultivate a more grounded presence in daily life.

A pharmacist and Fellow of the Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec, Brigitte bridges science and consciousness with a thoughtful, human-centered approach. She will be joined by François Bourque, Psychiatrist.

The evening will also include moments of exchange and dialogue, allowing insights to land and be shared within the group.

An invitation to slow down, feel… and reconnect with the wisdom already within you.
