To celebrate our 26th Anniversary (and Wendy's 65th Birthday), we're opening for the New Brunswick Day long weekend only - Friday-Monday, July 31st-August 3rd (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day).  Free street parking!

Our loveable "Miniature" Goldendoodle, Roy, will greet you enthusiastically when you arrive.

Regulars will remember Wendy's famous BROWNIES
...we'll have the originals, and also a gluten-free version! Fresh fruit also available.

Online books will be 25% off all weekend (except for consignment items), and you'll save the exchange too if you pick them up here (if you're local, please order them online ahead of time, and choose "Pick Up in West Saint John" shipping option)! We'll have a few hundred books on display which aren't on the website - new stock, old books, pretty books, local history, duplicates, sets, and some "as is" treasures. These will also be 25% off. Please bring your own shopping bags. Cash, Interac, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.  For Wendy's birthday, we're also collecting non-perishable food items/cash for the West Side Food Bank.

Each purchase of $25 or more will get you an entry to win a gift basket of bookish goodies (including an e-gift card for our website). Winner will be drawn at 5 p.m. on Monday.
