New sub division planning commission meeting

Public meeting on 12/10/25 10am developement proposal below.

10AM meeting on a Wednesday so it is hard to attend for residents? 🤔

Remind these people they ran on slowing this down, and turned around and put 1200 homes in 3 months after being sworn in.

This is definitely a better plan then scamnexation was, but we need to catch our breath on this before we wind up like Cedar Lake with all the problems they have with badly managed growth.
